Mixtures based on UF, MUF glues, flours, fillers, water, flow rates up to 25 Kg/min continuously
The dosing and feeding of the products to be mixed (glue + flour + filler + water) is carried out in a fully automatic and continuous by volumetric pumps for liquids and dosing screws for powders.
The preparation of the mixture is carried out in 2 stages:
1. The MPL module of the mixer automatically and continuously prepares the pre-mix (glue + flour + water).
2. 2 modules installed on top of the spreader add the catalyst and feed the glue spreader at about 25 Kg/min
Description / Operation
Accuracy and safety of the proportions of the mixture.
Constant viscosity of the mixture in the glue machine, avoiding variations in the applied weight and excess glue consumption. Use of more reactive mixtures optimizing production. Elimination of downtime at the gluing station. Quick and simplified cleaning. Elimination of product manipulations. Respectful with the environment, minimizing glue waste and washing water.
