COOLING SYSTEM FOR SPREADERS AND TANKS
Coolers to keep glue in a spreader or tank at a constant temperature.
The water is cooled to a preset temperature level in an oversized heat exchanger. The cooled water circulates inside the rollers of the spreader or some tubes submerged in the glue or in a double skin tank.
The desired temperature is adjusted with a thermostat.
Description / Operation
The SRF makes it possible to considerably improve working comfort, without the risk of polymerization in the gluing machine when there is a production stop or break in the gluing station. Allows the use of faster glue mixture, increasing production capacity or allowing work at lower pressing temperatures. Reduces the amount of washing water. Improves the regularity of the glue amount and reduces production stops.
